3. Risk-Free Trial Guarantee

3.1 The Risk-Free Trial Guarantee applies to first-time customers only. 3.2 If you are not 100% satisfied with your first service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion to claim the guarantee. 3.3 The guarantee covers only the cost of the initial service and does not include additional services or products provided during the visit.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment for services is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4.2 We accept payment via cash, credit card, or other methods as outlined on our website. 4.3 Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in our invoices.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. 5.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
