Emptying the skimmer and pump baskets and netting the surface
Brushing the walls and steps and vacuuming the pool
Checking the filter and equipment and flagging anything that needs attention
A written service report with your water test results after every visit
Water testing and balancing
We test every pool on every visit with a LaMotte WaterLink Spin Touch, a lab-grade digital tester, and balance the water to the results.

Filter maintenance
A filter that isn't keeping up is behind most cloudy pools. We look after:
Backwashing sand and glass media filters
Cleaning and replacing cartridges
Replacing filter media, or the whole filter when it's past it
Equipment repairs
We find out what has failed and why, and tell you whether a repair or a replacement makes more sense. We repair and replace:
Pumps, including energy efficient variable speed pumps
Filters, cartridges and filter media
Salt chlorinators and salt cells
Pool cleaners, pool lights and covers
Green pool recovery
Most green pools can be brought back without draining. We work out why it went green, then fix the water and the equipment together:
Clean out leaves and debris, test the water and balance the pH
Shock dose, brush, vacuum and clean the filter, usually over two visits
Drain, clean and refill when a pool has gone too far to treat
